Tea from a period between flushes, which is often also entitled “muscatel Darjeeling” is amongst the most highly sought out and valued teas. The blend itself is characterised by a harmonious, slightly spicy taste and distinctive aroma, emanating from its golden coloured infusion. It is specific in its composition of taste components, and will probably not be a choice for everyday drinking, nevertheless it will be welcome in moments of acute need to gain something extra from your tea.
