This high mountian Oolong comes from the famous Lugu Township 鹿谷鄉 tea growing area of Nantou Province in Taiwan. Made from hand picked leaves of careful blend of organically grown Cui Yu T-13 and Jin Xuan T-12 teas. Being a traditional style of tea, it has undergone a lengthy and complex baking process to produce a tea that has a fine balance between fresh floral and baked creamy notes. Several rounds of low temperature slow bakings were performed over many, many hours resulting in this creamy-smooth nectar.
