Bihar Doke Oolong Rolling Thunder - Option: 50 g

This tea is a true Indian Oolong because, unlike most other Indian Oolongs, it is made only from the tea leaves of the Camellia sinensis assamica variety. Most Indian Oolongs are from Darjeeling and their character is unmistakably linked to Darjeeling teas. The tea offers a full sweet aroma and a yellow-red delicate infusion with a light butter flavor. An interesting feature is the large spectrum of flavor layers depending on the temperature used. We definitely recommend the tea to fans of Indian teas who like a full, expressive taste, as well as to those who are looking for a complex taste spread out in individual layers.

Regarding the preparation, we recommend using water at a temperature of 85 °C for a full layered taste with the aroma of rose flowers and a milky texture, water at a temperature of 90 °C for an even more pronounced and sharp flavor profile with the aroma of grapefruit and rose flowers (4 g, 60 s).
