Mango and maracuya on their own would produce an interesting fruity combination, nevertheless by adding further fruit, specifically rosehip, apple, elderberries, papaya, mango and apricot we obtain a harmonious fruit blend offering an entire spectrum of flavours. Since each fruit brews at its own pace, we can influence the resulting flavour of the infusion through the length of brewing. It is unnecessary to mention that the fruit blend contains a large quantity of vitamins and antioxidants. Stewed fruit can be eaten as a compote, with regard to the degree of stewing, or in combination with ice cream or whipped cream.
