This blend is an absolute classic amongst fruit teas. It contains hibiscus fruit, rosehip, elderberries and wild black cherries. The fruit has a distinctive aroma and taste, which is dominated by the wild black cherries. Hibiscus has a distinctively sour flavour, and the sourness of the resulting infusion can be regulated by reducing the brewing time. The beverage is excellent both hot and cold. The blend contains a large quantity of vitamins and antioxidants. Stewed fruit can be eaten as a compote, with regard to the degree of stewing, or in combination with ice cream or whipped cream.
